The Virtual Navigators is a virtual assistant service company that helps ecommerce businesses find dedicated virtual assistants who will fit seamlessly into their team and help them reach their business goals.
We’re looking for friendly account analysts for a US- based ecommerce business that also sells on Amazon and eBay.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Handling customer calls and emails
• Shipping orders
• Sending order confirmation
• Processing refunds
• Preparing reports
We need someone who is extremely organized and excellent at project management. Experience isn’t required but it’s an advantage!
Requirements:
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
• Microsoft Office 2016 or better (if you’re using Mac you need to have this installed)
• Stable internet connection with minimum speed of 10 Mbps
• Noise-cancelling headset
