IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

This role focuses on enhancing customer loyalty and value through targeted, data-driven strategies. The candidate will develop and execute retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives tailored to different customer segments. They will analyze customer behavior, manage churn-reduction campaigns, and leverage customer insights to shape personalized engagement tactics. Additionally, they’ll collaborate across teams to optimize product offers and identify growth opportunities that improve customer satisfaction, boost lifetime value, and support business objectives. This position plays a key role in strengthening the customer base and driving sustainable growth for the company.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Design, execute, and monitor customer retention and upsell campaigns across multiple channels, including SMS, email, and digital platforms.
  • Analyze customer data to create targeted segments and tailor strategies for various customer profiles to maximize engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identify high-risk segments and develop intervention strategies to mitigate churn through personalized offers, loyalty programs, and re-engagement tactics.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align CVM initiatives with overall business objectives, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Track key performance metrics (e.g., churn rate, customer lifetime value, ARPU) and generate reports with actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize customer data to generate insights, assess campaign impact, and continuously improve CVM strategies through data-driven decision-making.
  • Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback to understand needs and improve customer experience across touchpoints.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

Bachelor`s in Marketing, Engineering, IT, Finance from reputable institutes.
