Hiring Social Media Campaign Manager

Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and scale social campaigns across all our social media channels – including but not limited to: Twitter, YouTube, Tiktok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and continuously innovate on opportunities for platform expansion to further reach various crypto audiences in the globe.
  • Create a campaign calendar, and input creative ideas aligned to meet the platform’s growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sports sponsorship campaigns, and maximize cross-industrial audience reach to improve brand awareness.
  • Work cross-functionally across broader cross-department teams to execute campaigns, driving excitement for key products & activities of Bitget and building brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the global social media team to develop creative copywrite on crypto related contents and brand messages
  • Explore daily X trends, festivals & events to build up trending content.
  • Assist social media post requests where necessary
  • Use social media analytic tools or third-party tools to track the performance and target of campaigns, and make analytical reports on a regular basis

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media campaigns with in-depth knowledge of the digital media landscape.
  • Working knowledge of defining social media calender, strategies, and executing paid social activations. Needs to be organized and self-motivated.
  • Superior communication and social media copywrite skills, such as the ability to translate longer-form messages and insights into compelling, digestible, engaging and brand-consistent social content that drives impression & engagement.
  • Passionate about social media, and keeps researching the content to create an innovative, resonating, and authentic brand campaign experience.
  • Familiar with sports like football, car racing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience using social media management tools to monitor, report and engage (Meltwater, Sprinklr, Similarweb, Twitter Analytics, etc).
  • Experience within the crypto industry & being a crypto enthusiast is a must
  • Near-native in both spoken & written English is a must, and speaking Mandarin is preferred.
